Help Desk
If you do not find an answer to your question or you need personal assistance with your account, we encourage you to open a help desk ticket. A help desk ticket will be stored in our support system and will ensure that our support personnel can track and respond to your issue until it is resolved.
To open a new Help Desk Ticket:
1. Login to My Account.
2. Navigate to Get Support > Support Desk > Create Ticket.
3. You will receive a copy of your ticket via email and our support personnel will be alerted to your issue and respond.
